Life is a ship and Soul is the Captain..

Life is like a ship because it needs a single good captain as in the ship to give the correct direction.
It fully applies in today's world for daily life or businesses. When we compare the argument with our daily life, life is great only when things are not complex, which means when there are no multiple inputs for you to make decisions. When there are too many people to give suggestions or even force ideas on you, then the life journey looses its path, just like if the ship's direction commands are given by too many Captains.
The same is applied even for businesses, where a team should always be led and managed by a single manager and not by many managers. When a project is handled by a team, if too many inputs are given by a group of managers, then the deadline is delayed and the project looses the direction.
The famous saying always holds, "Too many cooks spoil the broth"!

Approaching Excellence

We can assume our path taken in our life as a 2x2 coordinate system. When we are born, we are not sure what our interests and capabilities are, so when we start to plot ourselves in this 2x2 plane, a random single point was plotted. As we moved forward in the life, the number of points in the plane increases, which tells us on the various experiences faced in our life. Just as the number of points increases, so is the life curve being plotted. When a proper curve fitting equation is deduced, we approach more clarity and plot more relevant points in the plane to get an accurate curve, and this happens in the life when we come to know that life is more meaningful.

Our passions are also judged and plotted here. So, a person has to keep trying various things in order to understand himself better and understand his full capability. This will give him what he wants in the life!!

When Nothing comes right!

I have been struggling in two states, past and present, for getting the correct structured path for my ultimate goal! I have laid a perfect vision of how the goal is to look like but to construct it is not easy for everyone; especially one who wants to take challenges!
My vision is to revolutionize the world to solve everyday problems using amazingly new concepts through the way of entrepreneurship. I put my efforts in all possible ways to perceive, identify and select the best information needed to slowly walk through the laid road of entrepreneurship. I have only read or heard from the experiences of the other entrepreneurs that it is a road where people choose to travel to loose comfort but now I have started to realize it too. Until now, I have not started any start-up and I am still working on selected ideas of mine. Realization of sense does not have a defined time and is independent of individual's experience.
The road I have taken is now dark with no clear sign but my eyes are widened to look for the elements to light the path. I hope in the future, many eyes join me to look for elements to light this path and make it even more brighter to solve the problems which I have been working on...
It is a pledge!!!

Rise and rise of new entrepreneurs

With this age that many of the world's youth including myself want to be employers rather than employees. People are not interested towards mundane desk jobs but want more challenges that would fetch name for themselves instead of working for others. As Steve Jobs says-"do not waste your time living other's life; life time is limited...".

This new gen people have realized the power of change through focus and constant contemplation on the ways to initiate and traverse with their self-inspired project. It is not only because of the interest of the people towards own venture; not only because of mundane and political job roles but also due to availabity of plenty of amazing opportunities through ever extending networking events and conferences, inspirational media ( like rising trend of the usage and usability of electronic gadgets and virtual media). Electronic media has helped tremendously towards the growth of world's constructive change.

This indeed will be a culture change in creating a better place to live with no unemployment,no water scarcity, no adulterated food and no health problems. All the basic needs of the Maslow's hierarchial pyramid would be achieved; this will definitely be the rise of human mankind!!

The 'I am whom' guy..

It is not who am I? But it is 'I am whom'-only for the self-realized persons.
I have a great personal experience with a person who is my senior. The word are dedicated to him.
We all are in a daily race not knowing what to do.We change our plans so often and we don't stand by one decision and have back-ups for many back-ups. At this era, there are also persons like this person X.
His past had been very patchy with an average studies in the first few years at UG and school. The patchy marks left arrears for him in the exams which made him realize what he really wanted to do. He would have then scrutinized his past and present at that time "certainly a perception by me" and suddenly made him to present papers in the symposiums and conferences.
The next part was in my present University at Nanyang technological university, singapore, here he excelled that he secured a cgpa of 5/5 which is almost an improbable one unless scored 5 in all the papers.Right now!hes doing his Phd. here in the same university.
Personally, I can see his interest in his area/discipline when I talk with him. He exhibits an enthusiastic energy and really got inspired by his thoughts and passion.

Fate is hated by all!!

Fate is a phenomenon from which one just cant escape...ppl through out the world knows it!
Life is just beautiful until an adversity hits you.Only then we think of what went wrong and how life beautiful could have been!!
A fate-..I went for a cycle race competition.I started the race well and there were were ten ppl competing with me.I tried hard to stay among first three. But what had happened in the final lap was a nail poked my tyre and punctured it,where I fell down and was unofficially out of the race in the last minute! What do you say?A fate?
Another one: A rash bike ride will lead to an accident so inorder to cut down risk we drive slowly..but who knows anyone will come and bash, though it need not be your mistake. Is this all fate!!
I am seriously confused..about these lot!
No one has an answer for the loss after good show and the injured one with lot of precautionary steps..

This I can only tell in the engineering words..that the life is highly non-linear.We just cant deduce an equation for a person's life and make every parameter affecting his life being assumed.

Finally, all that we get in our life is not only initiated by us but by many others who had influenced us in the past..So, we need not worry, we are all mutually dependant individuals living in this world!!
